Gigi's Cookies was an idea that started in my small kitchen. I've traveled the world and experienced so many desserts in the most famous dessert cities such as New York and Paris. And no matter how much I tried to find the perfect cookie shops, I always thought there must be better tasting cookies.
Now cooking and baking have always been a passion of mine but I spent years trying to learn how to bake the perfect cookie. Because growing up in Finland I couldn't find it. Even though the pastries in Finland are spectacular.
I wanted to create New York style perfect large cookie that's crispy from the outside and soft and gooey from the inside.
And that I did!
Our cookies are rich and made from high quality ingredients. Every cookie is made with so much love and passion. We make the cookies on the same day of the pick up. So every bite is as fresh as it can be!
